How has your time at the CBT helped you personally?
With all sincerity, I have benefited a lot during these 3
years. I have gained knowledge through the courses and
friendship among the students.
Has the CBT helped you in your ministry?
Yes, the CBT has helped me in my ministry, because I have
come to have greater faith, patience and perseverance in
God. Through the courses, I have become a gentler
person. They have shown me how I ought to live as a
Christian. The CBT has shown me the importance of the
teachings of Christ. I’ve learned how to live well with
others and help those in need.
What advice would you give to a new student?
I would encourage new students to study more, have
humility and respect for everyone. They ought to have
patience as they encounter difficulties.
What has been most difficult during your time at the CBT?
The most difficult thing for me while I was in school was
leaving my family. Every time mealtime came, I missed
them, because I love them very much.
What are your plans after graduation?
I have big plans for the future:
a. After I graduate I will return to my congregation so
that I can feed them with the word of God and then live
socially according to the blessings of God.
b. I want to train the preachers, their wives and young
people so they can know the doctrine well.
c. I want to go with some trained preachers to
evangelize areas which have not been reached with the
gospel of Christ. There are many areas in the northeast
which have not been reached with the gospel. My plan is to
reach them, but the decision is in God’s hands.
d. I would like to build an orphanage, if God allows, in
Savane Longue.
During their final trimester of classes, we
asked each student some questions about
their experience at the CBT. This is Celigny's
response.
